This is why we published a bombshell case study.
And, this is why we brought even more insights into the successful monetization of iGaming landing pages today.
Tip 1. Attention, please!
Your landing page, of course, has its primary purpose: to make a user convert. Extra monetization implies some extra actions from a user, so your task is to keep their attention at the right points.
How to do this?
- First, you can set a delayed push subscription request. It means that this opt-in window –
– will appear after some time, for example, 1–5 seconds after a user lands on your page. This will be especially useful if your landing page has some action items: for example, a small window with an OK button that draws attention to the next funnel step:
- Besides, with the help of the ProPush.me support team, you can set a delay for the first push notification. If you do this, a subscribed user will not receive their first notification immediately – but after some time. This way, you will allow a user to complete the offer flow without any distractions to push messages.
Note: you can choose the desired delay time, but our tests show that the optimal one is an hour. And we have a case study that proves it.
Tip 2. Earn Even More With A Special TrafficBack Code
The previous scenario describes a perfect user: the one who completed your offer flow and subscribed to push notifications. Of course, not all users are like that – but luckily, we have TrafficBack. TrafficBack is a link that redirects your user to another relevant offer.
This smart redirect can be triggered by various scenarios: for example, when a user accepts your push opt-in request. But what if you want to profit from TrafficBack but don’t want a user to be redirected anywhere from your landing page?
For such cases, we have a special TrafficBack snippet that will open a new offer in a separate window. A user stays on your landing page, so you won’t lose their attention – but will still keep an extra chance to monetize them. This new offer will be opened upon any click on your landing page.
How to trigger this scenario? Contact your ProPush manager to take a code, add it to your landing page, and enjoy a stable conversion rate!
Tip 3. Don’t Let Them Go: Back Button
A user comes to your page and wants to leave immediately with no conversion and push subscription. But don’t give up: you can still monetize them right when they press ‘Back’ in their browser.
Back button is basically a case of TrafficBack, but it has a very significant difference: it doesn’t redirect users. They see a new offer on the same page – and this boosts their chances to convert.
One of our case studies showed that the Back Button can save you about 4% of your traffic, which can be a pretty big sum of money.
The Back button is easily set at your ProPush.me dashboard:
Tip 4. Is Your Landing Page Quick Enough?
iGaming users are often impulsive, and are ready to take very quick actions. So, are you sure your landing page has a normal speed and never lags?
The basic technical tips for landing pages include:
- Compress images and other files. Otherwise, your landing page might load too slowly.
- Consider using a Content Delivery Network. It will cache the copies of your content and show them from the nearest server, making loading much quicker.
- Pick a high-quality hosting solution. How to choose one? We have a quick guide on that:
